DFS-Online, our proprietary reporting tool, provides clients with a broad range of client reports and the ability to input trade instructions, via STP, to RBC Dexia Investor Services. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, DFS-Online operates in a robust and secure operating environment and utilises state-of-the-art technology that guarantees rapid response rates.

DFS-Online provides you with access to:

Client reporting:

A broad selection of reports (pdf format) or standard extraction files (csv or txt format) from our global custody system
A wide range of reports (pdf format) or standard extraction files (csv or txt format) from our fund accounting system
Tailor-made extraction files to feed your systems (txt or csv format)
The possibility to customize the download of reports or files
Access to a dedicated FTP (File Transfer Protocol) site for the automation of file downloads

Trade instructions:

Input of transactions directly via pre-formatted screens (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol)
File upload via the browser (HTTP upload)
File transfer via a dedicated FTP site
